A participant-led approach

BlueCHP is a not-for-profit tier-one Community Housing Provider. We have delivered more than 2,000 affordable, social, disability and build-to-rent homes across eastern Australia. We’ve developed a unique, participant-led approach to building and providing Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). Through our GuideYouHome seven-step process, we design and build SDA homes that meet the needs of each resident and are built in their preferred location with the security that this is their home for the long-term.

We provide SDA homes for all building types and categories.
