FAQ’s

Is there any shared spaces?

The units will share a pathway to access the fronts of the property. The pathway will be behind a secure one-way locked gate to ensure security for residents and staff on site. 

Do I have to have the same provider of supports as other residents?

No, these units are completely separate and clients will be able to select their own supports as they will have their own individual OOA. This means you can utilise a preferred SIL provider and/or ILO.

What if there are restrictive practices in place?

If there are any features that are required to support current approved restrictive practices we are happy to discuss how we may incorporate them into this build. All units will have ability to lock staff room and at minimum one cupboard in kitchen if required.
