We customise SDA homes for all our residents

Plan. Build. Move in

Building an SDA home that’s right for you

Guide You Home is an initiative by BlueCHP Limited. As a not-for-profit, Community Housing Provider and Registered SDA provider we’re motivated by our mission to ensure all Australians have a safe, secure and affordable home. We believe this is the best way to support any family. We don’t have shareholders, which means every dollar we make is reinvested into more homes for more people.

We’ve already built homes for more than 330 people under the NDIS and delivered over 1,900 social, affordable and disability homes. Working with our team means starting a discussion about your future.
